You can select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. If free shipping is offered we ship by Economy methods (FedEx Ground/UPS Ground\Priority Mail to APOs)

WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
After receiving of your order, we conduct programming of your equipment if required. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 2-4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order may take between 5-10 business days to process.
We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods:
1. Credit Card
Buyers can pay securely with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
2. E-checks/direct bank transfer (U.S. customers only)
Please contact us for instructions if you would like to pay with direct bank transfer or E-check.
3. Wire Transfer (International customers)
Please contact us at our dedicated Support Center for banking information. Note: Please tell us after you pay the wire transfer with your order number, the amount paid, the transaction number and the exact date you made the wired transfer.
4. Western Union
Please contact us at our Support Center for details.
5. Purchase Order
First-time customers must complete our business credit application or submit their own credit reference document to apply for net payment terms with us prior to placing purchase orders.
1. NSI Communications, Inc. welcomes Purchase Orders from corporations, government, tribes, hospitals, public schools, colleges, and universities.
2. Credit Reference
• Corporations and Hospitals: Please fill out and fax our Business Credit Application or if you have your own credit reference document, you may use it.
• Government, Public Schools, Colleges, and Universities: No credit reference is required. Please fill out and fax our Credit Application for Government, Public Schools, Colleges, and Universities.
3. Here are the steps for customers to follow.
i) Please register an account with us if you don’t have one already.
ii) Upon completion of account registration, please provide the following information to our Accounting Dept via fax at (2O6)420-5972 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
• Completed Business Credit Application or customer’s own Credit Reference Document
iii) Upon approval of terms, customer will receive an email notification from our Accounting Dept.
4. Credit Application process may take 3 – 5 business days for public schools and other government entities and up to 10 business days for corporations and hospitals.
5. Please bear in mind that we must receive all the required information mentioned on Step #3 above from you. Otherwise, there will be a delay on updating your account.
