NSI Communication's technicians are fully trained and approved for all the equipment we supply and our work is fully guaranteed. Our experience with commercial installations together with check lists and procedures, ensure your equipment is installed and commissioned to the highest standard.

We conduct a full survey of the vessel with the owner or an authorized representative to agree where the new equipment will be placed and, if necessary, where any cable runs will go. We can also include a fixed quotation for the dismantling of any old equipment.

Depending on the equipment you have chosen and the design of your vessel, we will either be able to provide a 'Fixed Quotation' for the installation work, or an 'Estimate' for the work based on our experience. We also provide an Installation Job Sheet that clearly outlines the scope of the installation and details the time and materials.

Sea trials and Commissioning are carried out prior to sign off and completion of any installation together with any operational training the crew may require.

We are able to travel to your vessel and offer special traveling rates so you get the maximum benefit from our services and experience. We can also sail with the vessel if required to ensure equipment is correctly commissioned and fitted in good time in order to keep vessel disruption to an absolute minimum.


Service Rates and Pricing


Our service is charged on an hourly labor plus materials basis, which is typical in our industry. Our rates are based on industry standards and associated with prevailing overhead in our region. At NSI Communications you know up front the cost to complete the project.
