I had a question about an accessory cable and, rather than sell me the expensive manufacturer's original cable, the merchant directed me to Radio Shack where I got a working cable at 1/10th the price. Good customer service and quality products too. NSI Radio is a good merchant.

 Instead of sending simple e-mail to us about missing adapter, we got “bad” rating. In any case problem was quickly solved, additional adapter shipped to Western. Europe Free Of Charge.
